Information we collect

We obtain personal information about you when you contact us. The information we might collect includes your name, address, email address and telephone number.

When you make a donation

When you make a donation we also collect information that includes your name, contact details, donation value, whether you want to gift aid your donation and whether you’d like to receive updates about our work.

Other information relating to your credit or debit card, such as your card number, is collected only so that the transaction can take place and is not available to us.

Subscription to our newsletter

When you sign up to our newsletter we store your name and email address within an email newsletter management system.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any point either by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by clicking the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of each email.

Security

We take appropriate measures to ensure that any data you provide to us is held securely and only kept for the purpose that is was given for as long as deemed necessary.

Access to information

You can request a copy of all the information we hold on you by emailing us. We charge £10 for such requests and will send any information relevant to you within 28 days.
