Abseil or skydive

For something both exciting and terrifying, attempt an abseiling or skydiving challenge. People will be supportive and encouraging of something different, particularly if they are afraid of heights or think “I wouldn’t do that…”.

Mark Mina, Women and Children First Fundraising Manager, is abseiling down the Orbit with his 15-year-old daughter. He says: “It’s a big challenge. It’s a frankly dizzying 262 feet high and it takes 90 minutes to descend. Friends, family and colleagues have all been very generous in sponsoring us!”
